Grammy Shirn’s Peanut Butter Pie

This pie is so simple to make, you won’t believe how good it is!

Pie shell (Bought or homemade)

1 cup peanut butter

1 ¼ cup confectioners sugar

Small box of instant pudding

Cool Whip

Bake pie shell and let cool. Take peanut butter and confectioners sugar; mix together until crumbly little balls form. Place ¾ of it on the bottom of the cooled pie shell. Make the vanilla pudding according to package directions. Pour pudding into pie shell. Spread Cool Whip over pudding and garnish with the rest of the crumbly peanut butter balls. Chill until ready to serve.
