Santa’s Cookies
- 1 – 3/4 cup of flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Mix shortening and sugars together. Beat well and then add your peanut butter. Beat with mixer again till smooth. Gradually blend all dry ingredients and mix well. Add egg, milk, and vanilla in, beat till soft. Shape into small one inch balls and place in mini cupcake wrappers. Bake at 375′ for 8 minutes. When still hot push reese cups or bite size snickers through the cookie. Let cool completely before storing.
Double batch make approx- 75 cook
